My Reels are not uploading. When I paste the link onto UNUM, the "import" button is grayed out

There are some users who have reported that when they paste the reel link into the box to import, the submit button isn't clickable.

Worry not! We have got your back. Here are the fixes you can undertake to resolve this. 

1. Make sure your token isn't expired. To fix expired tokens, follow the steps here.

2. Remove your Instagram username from the link.

 

3.  Remove "/?utm_medium=share_sheet" 

For example, your link is:

https://www.instagram.com/josephinemirafuentes/reel/CXfZ44OBWZB/?utm_medium=copy_link

Use:

https://www.instagram.com/reel/CXfZ44OBWZB
