How to Integrate your IG account in UNUM Publish

UNUM Publish can be accessed on both the web and mobile apps. To get started, make sure that your Instagram account is converted to Business Profile. The steps for this can be seen here.

The first thing to do is integrate your social account by clicking the gear icon on the upper left corner and clicking “Add social account.”

Once it’s all set, your Instagram account should now be seen on the left column. You can integrate as many social accounts as needed. But make sure when you start creating a post, tick the box beside the specific social account wire the planned post is to be posted.

You can then plan your posts by either clicking the tab just right above or “Create now.”

Click the add icon on the lower-left corner to start importing your media. This can come from your Device and this also supports a Drag & Drop feature for easier importing. But you can also extract your media from your Archives or from your existing Spaces in UNUM.

You can then write your caption or copy in advance, with the character, hashtag, and tagging limits shown on the right corner as a guide.

Click Add Date and choose the day and time you want the content to be posted. Once done, click Add Queue. You will then see a preview of your work with the exact schedule of posting. You can Edit or Delete these later on if needed.

Create and plan as much content as you like. Enjoy UNUM Publish!
