If you subscribed to the Elite plan but still see your account showing up
as "Basic" or can't use the premium features, try the following steps to resolve this issue:
1. Go to "Home."
2. Select "Membership."
3. Tap "Restore purchase"
That should restore your purchase payment.

NOTE: With the rebranding of UNUM as an all-in-one platform, the newly improved Elite Plan will now be called Business Account, while the Basic and free plan will be labeled as Personal Account. You can learn more about this here.
