My Instagram access token keeps expiring

Instagram expires your session on your account when accessing the app due to security reasons. This usually happens when you try to connect your Instagram to another app or change your IG password. 

All you have to do is click "Refresh" and sign in again.

If the issue still persists, try removing your Instagram account from UNUM and reintegrating it.

Here's how:

iOS and Android

1. Under your "Brand", select  "Social Profiles".

2. Select the three-dot menu next to your IG account and the delete button.

4. After removing the IG account, you may add it again by tapping the "Add Social Account" button.

Please also make sure all permissions are approved:

Web App

From the web dashboard, follow these steps to refresh your token:

1. Click on the link that says " REFRESH YOUR TOKEN". You will then be asked to provide your Instagram or Facebook login credentials.

Make sure that all permissions are approved.
