CASE 1 - "Please reconnect to enable auto-posting"

Suggested action:

Kindly double-check if permissions are granted for both for IG account and FB page.

CASE 2 - "Instagram Token Expired"

Suggested action:

When the UNUM app is integrated with multiple pages, one has to be careful with refreshing tokens and granting permissions. Kindly make sure you choose and grant access to all pages in the integration process.

CASE 3 - Member is trying to auto-post with IG Creator

Suggested action:

Go to Settings in your IG → Account → Switch account type

Switch to Creator

Go to Unum integrate to your IG and try to autopost
