How to Fix Instagram Login Error - CSRF Token Missing or Incorrect

The “Invalid or missing CSRF token” message means that your browser couldn’t create a secure cookie or couldn’t access that cookie to authorize your login. You can fix it by following the suggestions below.

1. Update System Webview Application

  • Launch the Settings app.
  • Tap Apps.
  • Select Android System WebView.
  • Tap App details in store.
  • Tap Update. Then, restart the device.

2. Check Space Storage 

For iOS devices, go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage. 

On your Android device, open Files by Google, and at the bottom, tap Browse . Scroll to Apps under "Categories" and tap Calculate storage. 

3.  Update Device Version

Go to Settings > General > Software Update. Tap Automatic Updates, then turn on Download iOS. For Android devices, open your phone's Settings app. Near the bottom, tap System. System update. You'll see your update status. Follow any steps on the screen.

4. Update your Instagram Application
 
Open your App Store or Google Play. Tap the search icon in the bottom right corner and search "Instagram" Find Instagram in the results and look to the right. If your app is up-to-date, it'll say "open." ... Tap "update".
